    ACT's found an issue it can sink its teeth into... freedom of speech


    The right wing party is touting its relaunch today - already announcing a new policy to scrap hate speech laws.

    Former ACT leader Don Brash says the party's taking a stance that will win it backers.

    He says hate speech shouldn't be banned... but also says he opposes speech that incites violence.
