Fittler's made seven changes including Roosters centre Latrell Mitchell.

He's been replaced along with fellow centre Josh Morris by Manly's Tom Trbojevic and Canberra's Jack Wighton .

Fittler admits the decision to drop Mitchell was far from easy.

He says it's the hardest choice he's had to make as a coach

Penrith's James Maloney returns to the side and will partner club teammate Nathan Cleary in the halves.

Melbourne's Dale Finucane and Newcastle's Daniel Saifiti are set to make their debuts after being named.
