Kim Dotcom's Supreme Court extradition hearing has come to an end

Kim Dotcom's Supreme Court extradition hearing has come to an end

The Supreme Court case is the latest chapter in a mammoth legal fight which has spanned seven years, since Dotcom was arrested in 2012.

Today's arguments centred around double criminality.

That's where if New Zealand wants to extradite somebody, they have to be accused of a crime in the country they're extradited to - as well as New Zealand.

She says there were arguments about whether double criminality should or should not apply.

    The decision's been reserved.
