Disability support workers are tired of their employer's unwillingness to compromise

Following eight months of dispute and six previous strikes, IDEA services workers walk off the job for 24 hours this morning .
They're looking for extra pay for weekend work and for the sector's under-staffing issue to be addressed.
E tu union co-ordinator Alastair Duncan says the workforce say they're willing to be flexible.
He says in their human services workplace, if they don't treat everybody with respect, then no-one gets respect.
