An awkward realisation for England at the cricket World Cup

An awkward realisation for England at the cricket World Cup

Australia's beaten the number one ranked-side at Lord's by 64 runs after posting 285 for seven.

England's played an aggressive style over the past few years but rain has plagued the tournament, making for less conducive pitches for batting.

Captain Eoin Morgan says they're struggling to adjust at home.

He says their basics get challenged more when they don't play on batting friendly surfaces and need to rotate the strike rather than hit boundaries.

England, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan look set to joust for the fourth semi-final spot on the current standings.
