Diego Marques-Santos was sentenced to three and a half years' jail for drugging people he met on Grindr.
The 33-year-old would take their bank cards and go on a spending spree.
He had a torrid time in prison - he spent time in hospital in October after a fellow inmate slit his throat.
While a deportation order was served on him in November 2017, the Parole Board had to be satisfied he had an adequate set up in Brazil to go to.
That's now been established.
He's been banned from New Zealand - and from contacting his victims.
