The EQC Claimants Reference Group are concerned that a number of homeowners may not be addressing quake damage to their homes.
Chair Tom McBrearty says it might be the case where an assessment has overlooked some damage.
He says and if people do suspect they have damage that has not been accounted for it would be wise to check with EQC or the claims resolution service.
