NZ batting coach defends suggestions his charges lacked aggression

New Zealand batting coach Craig McMillan has defended suggestions his charges have lacked aggression at various stages of the cricket World Cup

A finals appearance at Lord's on Sunday night against England might put pay to such criticism after the team dismantled India en route.

McMillan says teams and fans must accept that circumstances haven't obliged.
