    Children's Minister Tracey Martin isn't invited to the launch of a Maori-led inquiry into Oranga Tamariki


    A national hui is taking place in Auckland today, sparked from a controversial uplift of a Hawke's Bay baby that hit headlines in May.

    Martin asked to be invited and hasn't said whether she's disappointed or not.

    She says she's interested to see what comes out of the hui and will look at any suggestions that better protect children and families.
