Kindergarten teachers are set to vote on a new pay deal, after four days of negotiations

The latest settlement includes pay parity with primary and secondary teachers.
It also promises a one-off payment of 15-hundred-dollars for NZEI members and an increase in head and senior teacher allowances.
NZEI says it still doesn't address all their claims, particularly around workload and career pathways.
Members have until July 25 to vote.
