Vaea Fifita get first crack in the All Blacks troublesome number six jersey this season

Vaea Fifita get first crack in the All Blacks troublesome number six jersey this season

The Wellington loose forward will start at blindside against Argentina in the Rugby Championship opener on Sunday morning.

Coach Steve Hansen says Fifita played the position the way they wanted it played during the last test of 2018 in Rome and he wants more of the same in Buenos Aires.

Hansen says it's one thing to be a talented athlete, but its another thing to be talented with a work ethic and that's what they same against Italy.

Crusaders wing Sevu Reece is the only debutant named in the starting fifteen however four more players could make their first test appearances via the bench.
