Ryan Fox knows just one bad drive could see his chances at the British Open disappear

Ryan Fox knows just one bad drive could see his chances at the British Open disappear

The Kiwi golfer will start the second round in Northern Ireland in a tie for third, two shots off the lead held by American JB Holmes.

Fox says the Royal Portrush course has the ability to take it away from you, as its bunkers and rough are treacherous.

He says you're just trying to hang on for dear life and stay away from those bad places as much as possible.

    Fox tees off at 6.30pm.

    The early starters are underway.
