    Three kiwi hopes at swimming World Championships in Korea unable to make it beyond heats

    Three of the kiwi hopes at the swimming World Championships in Korea have been unable to make it out of the heats in their respective disciplines


    Ali Galyer and Bradlee Ashby have both finished 30th overall in the women's and men's 100 metre backstroke events, with Galyer setting a new personal best in her heat.

    Matthew Stanley's finished 34th in the 200 metre freestyle.
