The so-called Black Widow is fighting to get body samples of her dead husband

In 2013, Helen Milner was sentenced to life in prison for murdering her husband Phil Nisbet by crushing sedatives into his food.
Milner has unsuccessfully appealed against her murder conviction.
Now she wants samples of Nisbet's hair, blood, urine, and liver sent to Australian laboratories for testing - to prove her innocence.
A High Court judge has ruled that the Court of Appeal has "custody" of the samples and must now decide whether they are to be released.
Nisbet's sister Lee-Anne Cartier, who helped secure Milner's conviction, opposed the application.
