Fabian Coulthard's pleased to get his contract extension out of the way

Fabian Coulthard's pleased to get his contract extension out of the way

The Kiwi Supercars driver recently extended his deal with DJR Team Penske until the end of 2020.

Coulthard's chalked up seven race wins since joining the team in 2016, and has managed a personal-best third placing in the championship in 2017.

He says he's now able to focus on the rest of the season, and looking forward to the future with the team.

Coulthard says it's the best team in the championship right now and he and McLaughlin get on well.

Supercars moves to Queensland Raceway this weekend, with the first practice session getting underway at 1:35pm.
