The Auckland Tuatara are close to confirming some high quality signings ahead of their second season in the Australian Baseball League

Tuatara general manager Regan Wood says they've been in talks with the Texas Rangers, but won't be able to make any official announcements until after the July 31 trade deadline.

The local trio of outfielder Max Brown, pitcher Jimmy Boyce and infielder Luke Hansen are the Tuatara's latest signings.
