Kiwi driver Scott McLaughlin's had to settle for fourth in race one of the latest Australian Supercars event in Ipswich

The series defending champion was outmuscled by Jamie Whincup on the opening lap, before a slow pit stop ultimately cost him a podium finish, with Whincup winning.
McLaughlin says chasing the pack was difficult.
He says their car wasn't as good following as it was in clear air, but they are pretty happy with fourth considering the factors at play.
McLaughlin still has a 334 point lead atop the driver's standings.
