Disappointment at the sentence for a woman who killed a motorcyclist as she drove the wrong way down a Wellington motorway

72-year-old Kathleen Grey was given six months community detention in the Wellington District Court today.
Samuel Jackson-Seligman-Lemaire died when Grey hit him last December.
His mum, Lisa Lemaire, says people need to be held accountable for choices they make - and the sentence didn't reflect that.
She says Grey was driving because she was bored and needed to kill time and killed her son instead.
Grey has also been disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay reparations.
