    A joint bid between New Zealand and Australia for the 2023 women's football World Cup is still a possibility


    New Zealand Football's path to host has been complicated by FIFA's decision to expand the tournament from 24 to 32 teams.

    FIFA will send an updated compliance document with stadium, training pitches and accommodation specifications in the next two weeks.

    NZF CEO Andrew Pragnell says the countries have a good history of hosting events together.

    H says they want to understand how their existing bid sits now that the competition has expanded, but after that, nothing's off the table.
