The Environment Minister's danced around whether enough money's going into cleaning the Kaipara estuary

An unannounced portion of a 12-million-dollar Government investment to improving water catchments will go into the clean up.
It's the first money to be used from Budget 2019's 229-million-dollar pocket for improving land use and waterways.
Minister David Parker says in some ways, the money will never be enough - but it's more than what went to waterways before.
Parker says the important thing is the community effort to fix the problem.
