White Ferns captain Amy Satterthwaite is delighted she's going to be a part of a major leap forward for women's cricket in this country

NZC and the Players Association have struck a major agreement that will see 79 players earn money from the game as part of a 4.1 million dollar player pool.

Domestic players will also be paid by the Major Associations for the first time.

Satterthwaite says it's the start of something exciting.
