    A magnitude 4.3 earthquake has rattled the lower North Island tonight



    The quake struck at around 7.30pm.

    GeoNet says it was centered 20 kilometres north-east of Eketahuna at a depth of 22 kilometres.

    More than three and a half thousand people have reported feeling it.
