Atu Moli knows exactly what he needs to deliver if he has any chance of forcing his way into the New Zealand rugby World Cup squad

The loosehead prop is expected to make his debut for Tasman against Manawatu in the Mitre10 Cup on Saturday, having been released by the All Blacks.

With the 31-man squad announced next Wednesday, Moli's been told to work on his mobility around the field and maintain his work rate.

He says the four props who played against the Wallabies last week showed how it's done.
