    Lisa Carrington's completed a golden double at the World Canoe Championships in Hungary


    A day after claiming gold in her favoured K1 200, Carrington has proven a class apart in claiming the 500 by a whopping 1.63 seconds.

    It's her 10th world championship gold and also qualifies the boat for the Tokyo Olympics.

    Carrington and Kayla Imrie, Aimee Fisher and Caitlin Ryan later finished fourth in the K4 500.
