    A cold front moving up the South Island - is bringing snow to mountain passes


    MetService has issued a flurry of road snowfall warnings.

    Meteorologist Andrew Hanes says it will hit Lindis Pass, Crown Range Road, Milford Road, Lewis, Arthur's and Porters passes.

    He says the most snow will be between two and five centimetres on the Lewis Pass.
