    Petrol company Z Energy has told the stock market it's being sued over climate change

    It's one of seven companies being hit with civil proceedings in the Auckland High Court, by Maori activist Mike Smith.

    Genesis Energy, Fonterra, New Zealand Steel and New Zealand Refining are among others named in the suit.
