The sister of a Canterbury man wants clearer regulations to be put in place to help families in dispute over bodies

Colin McCormick died 11 days ago after being hit by a car near Kaiapoi but his body remains in Christchurch Hospital, because of a disagreement among his loved ones.
An ex-girlfriend has been named next-of-kin - which his blood relatives dispute.
His sister, Hinemoa Macpherson says they need help.
She says there needs to be a fairer system to help families in the same situation.
The Coroner's office won't release McCormick's body until the dispute is resolved.
