Police are hoping to identify two people at Upper Hutt College around the time it caught ablaze

The school's closed for a couple of weeks after a fire destroyed three classrooms on Sunday night.

CCTV footage shows two males on the college ground around the time of the fire, wearing hoodies, dark coloured pants and hats.

Anyone with information's asked to contact police.
