The Health and Disability Commissioner has ordered Waikato DHB to apologise, for not providing four-month-old Riley Drever with reasonable care before he died.
It's been four years since the baby's death.. and mother Melanie Harding says she was treated like an anxious parent when she turned up with concerns.
She says an apology is not enough ... and plans to lodge a complaint with the Human Rights Review Tribunal.
