The Cronulla Sharks have secured an NRL finals berth, beating the Wests Tigers 25-8

The Cronulla Sharks have secured an NRL finals berth, beating the Wests Tigers 25-8

It means their long-time skipper Paul Gallen's career continues, while Tigers hooker Robbie Farah hangs up his boots.

Meanwhile the Penrith Panthers have rounded out their NRL season on a high with a dominant 54-10 win over the Newcastle Knights.

The Panthers were led by halfback Nathan Cleary, who set a club record for most points in a match with 34, thanks to four tries and nine goals.
