Tentative praise for a move by Vodafone to act on its poor customer service

The company has announced it's going to spend ten million to set up Kiwi based team called the 'X squad' to deal with complex customer issues.
Telecommunication Users Association's Craig Young says Vodafone has been hauled over the coals several times in the past couple of months about poor customer service.
He says they really had to do something, and it looks like this isn't such a bad solution.
