A breakthrough in a Upper Hutt cold case

A breakthrough in a Upper Hutt cold case

A 27-year-old man's been arrested and charged with the murder of Lois Tolley in December 2016.

He's due to appear in the Hutt Valley District Court today.

Inspector Scott Miller says the investigation's ongoing.

Other suspects are being actively pursued, and Police will be going back to people they've already spoken to.
