12 September 2019
A 27-year-old appeared in Hutt Valley District Court yesterday charged with the murder of the Upper Hutt woman in December 2016.
Police allege four people smashed into Tolley's home which led to her execution-style killing.
Inspector Scott Miller says he knows the names of the others allegedly involved.
He says they're now concentrating on the other three suspects they believe entered the address the night of Tolley's death.
