New Zealand's annual net migration has risen slightly
11 September 2019
About 53-thousand two-hundred more migrants arrived than departed in the year to February.
That's up from about 51-thousand, five-hundred the previous year.
About half of net migration is from Australia and more than half of those are Kiwis returning from across the ditch.
Annual net migration has fluctuated between 49-thousand and 55-thousand over the past two years.
