A pregnant Otago woman who drove drunk, twice, then hid from police in a shed ... has been sentenced to community detention

The 31-year-old had her licence suspended after being nabbed driving drunk near Gore in January.
But she then drove again - and at high speed - police estimate she was doing about 200 kilometres an hour bear Edendale.
After driving so wildly she forced other vehicles into the gravel, she stashed her car and hid herself in a shed in a bid to evade police.
The Otago Daily Times reports she's been given four months' community detention, nine months' supervision and been disqualified from driving for nine months.
That's on a range of driving charges, which she admitted to.
