A couple of para sport triumphs around the world this morning..

Eltje Malzbender has won gold in the T1 individual road race at the para cycling world championships in the Netherlands.

She's triumphed, despite suffering a crash which cracked one of her teeth and cut into her 48-second lead on the final lap of her 22-kilometre journey.

Across the English Channel in London, Sophie Pascoe's won the S9 50 metres freestyle at the para swimming world championships.

It's her 12th world title and fourth gold medal at the meet, after wins in the 100 metres freestyle, butterfly and backstroke.
