The Children's Commissioner says talk of letting 16 year olds vote - always sparks a reaction

Teenage advocacy group "Make it 16" is launching at Parliament now.
Commissioner Judge Andrew Becroft says people find the idea provocative and controversial.
He says lowering the age is the right thing to do - and plenty of 16 and 17-year-olds are politically savvy.
Becroft says it just means they have the opportunity to vote - because there's also plenty of legal voters who don't vote because they don't know what's going on.
