The company was sentenced in the Waitakere District Court, and hit with a 210-thousand-dollar fine and 750-thousand-dollars in reparations.
The bus, carrying a visiting Tongan brass band careened down a gully, killing three passengers and injuring dozens more.
WorkSafe's Hayden Mander says it was a lot of work getting to today's sentencing.
He says it took WorkSafe and Police a long time to get victim impact statements from the 50 survivors - including time in Tonga.
