Helicopters using monsoon buckets and a number of ground crews are fighting a 200-hectare scrub fire near Queenstown

At least one property has been engulfed in flames and firefighters are battling to protect two others.
Emergency crews first called to the fire in Deep Creek, Slippers Canyon around 2.40pm.
Five helicopters and five fire crews, from Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Luggate, Queenstown and Tarras are the key response.
Deputy principal fire officer for Central Otago Bobby Lamont says they're hitting it hard with all the resources they have.
Gusty westerlies are hampering their efforts.
Skippers Rd in Skippers Canyon is closed.
