    Alana Barber's vowing to learn from the heat at the athletics world championships in Doha


    The 32-year-old walker finished 27th in the 20 kilometre event.

    She clocked a time of one hour 40 minutes and 59 seconds, almost 10 minutes outside the Olympic qualifying mark.

    Barber says the planning now begins for the Games.
