First five Richie Mo'unga, fullback Beauden Barrett, captain Kieran Read and lock Scott Barrett are the only starters retained from the opening win over South Africa.
Atu Moli, Liam Coltman and Angus Ta'avao in the front row with Patrick Tuipulotu partnering Barrett at lock.
Shannon Frizzell and Matt Todd come into the loose forwards.
TJ Perenara starts at halfback while Sonny Bill Williams and Jack Goodhue form the midfield, with Rieko Ioane and Jordie Barrett on the wings.
