There's dispute whether a woman known as the Black Widow should get access to her dead husband's body samples

Christchurch woman Helen Milner was sentenced in 2009 for poisoning Phil Nisbet with sedatives.
She wants the Court of Appeal to release the samples, which she says will prove her innocence.
Her lawyer Rupert Glover says an Australian pathologist wants to see the test results, and he should be allowed to do that.
But lawyer Nikki Pender, acting for Nisbet's family, says new toxicology results would not be able to challenge tests done at the time.
She says none of the tests would change the jury's finding of murderous intent.
The decision is reserved.
