    A former High Court judge is expected to take six weeks looking into why a Canterbury University student's death went undetected


    Nineteen year old Mason lay dead in his residential hall for eight weeks.

    The University has appointed former High Court judge Kit Toogood QC to look into why no one noticed.

    He has already met with the family to discuss the process he will follow.
