    A person's been seriously injured at New Zealand's only maximum security prison tonight

    A person's been seriously injured at New Zealand's only maximum security prison tonight


    Emergency services were called to Paremoremo, in Auckland, around quarter-past six and have taken the injured person to North Shore Hospital.

    A St John spokesperson wasn't able to say if the person was an inmate or not.
