The Ministry of Education's confirmed it's investigating how a boy suffered facial injuries at Manurewa West Kindergarten

The Ministry of Education's confirmed it's investigating how a boy suffered facial injuries at Manurewa West Kindergarten

The family of Masua Tusa, who has cerebral palsy, say he fell down stairs in his wheelchair - but the centre did not tell them about the fall, or seek medical attention.

The Ministry of Education says they've been at the centre today gathering more information.

It says children's safety and wellbeing is of the utmost importance - and they treat every complaint seriously.
