    Enquiries continue into the unexplained death of a man on a central Upper Hutt street


    39-year-old Kaimana Paul died after events outside the Glasshouse Bar in early September.

    A witness reported seeing the man being held down by people about 20 minutes before police arrived.

    A police spokesperson says no charges have been laid.
