    Women are climbing up the ranks on boards and executive teams


    The Champions for Change diversity report's year-on-year comparisons of 26 companies shows an increase of women on boards from 35 percent, to 39.4 percent.

    Global Women CEO Siobhan McKenna says it's heartening to see significant progress is being made.
