Spark Sport has its fingers crossed, that its streaming service will work well during this weekend's Rugby World Cup quarter finals

But it's urging customers to call its care team if they need help setting up before tonight's big All Blacks match.

A spokesperson says over the 37 pool matches, the streaming platform has performed as expected in all but one match - New Zealand versus South Africa.

Customers are being advised to do a quick check before the game, and ask for help if there are any issues.
