Jones' side meets the All Blacks in the Rugby World Cup semi-final tomorrow, a game Jones has circled since the draw came out.
He's brought back George Ford at first five, shifting Owen Farrell to second five and Manu Tuilagi out to centre.
All Blacks coach Steve Hansen told one interviewer that his side will get "eaten up" by a caged English animal if they don't show up.
Jones says his side is ready.
