People with spinal cord injuries describe cannabis as 'better than the stuff that's legal' when it comes to pain relief

New Zealand researchers spoke to participants under anonymity about their illegal drug use to curb chronic and severe pain - and found cannabis helps people with spinal cord injuries lead better, pain-free lives.
But University of Otago researcher Dr Jo Nunnerley says many people reported a big problem around nobody being there to help them on their cannabis journey.
She says they were having to research products themselves, and often used trial and error to find what dose works best for them.
